AI-Powered Marketing Ops in Under 60 Minutes
2026-06-18 · 6:30 PM PT · Tacoma, WA · Hybrid
Tacoma — venue TBA · Streamed online
Most small business marketing is a hamster wheel — post, hear nothing, post more. The problem is architecture, not effort. This session shows you what a compounding content engine actually looks like, then builds one live on stage. We go from zero to a working lead capture, AI-assisted nurture sequence, and booked-call trigger — all inside 60 minutes. You'll leave with the automation running, not a promise to set it up later.
▍ Who this is for
- —Business owners running their own marketing without a team

▍ FAQ
Common questions
Do I need a big email list for this to be worth attending?
No. The session is designed for businesses starting from zero or early stages. Building the architecture before you have a big list is exactly the right order of operations. The attendees who get the most out of this are usually the ones who haven't started yet.
What tools do you use in the live build?
We build with Make (automation), a simple landing page tool (choice shown live), and an email service provider. Everything demonstrated has a free tier that's sufficient for most small businesses. We also show the equivalents in Zapier and n8n.
We already have an agency. Should we still come?
Yes — particularly if you want to understand what your agency is doing and hold them accountable. Several past attendees have come with their agencies and used the session to align on strategy.
Is the online stream interactive?
Yes. Online attendees can submit questions and participate in the build-along. The live Q&A at the end includes online attendees equally.
What if I'm in a niche industry and not sure this applies?
The architecture works across industries because it's based on human behavior, not tactics. Bring your specific situation — the live Q&A is where we apply the principles to real businesses, and niche industries often get the clearest answers.
